Return & Refund Policy

30-Day Return Window

We accept returns within 30 calendar days of the delivery date confirmed by the carrier's official tracking information. Return shipments must be postmarked within this 30-day window.

Return Eligibility & Definition of "Uninstalled"

To qualify for a non-defective return, items must be NEW, UNUSED, UNINSTALLED, and returned with all original packaging, accessories, and components.

Unopened factory-sealed items qualify for a full refund of the product purchase price.

Opened or unsealed items will be accepted for return ONLY if they have not been assembled, mounted, connected to electrical conductors, modified, or used in the field. Opened non-defective returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Disqualification

Any irreversible signs of installation or use—including but not limited to terminal-screw marks, conductor insertion indentations, sealant residue, stripped screws, burn marks, corrosion, cut cables, or missing components—will disqualify the item from a return.

Return eligibility will be determined based on the product condition upon inspection, including documented photos, written inspection notes, and any visible signs of installation or use. We reserve the right to reject unqualified returns. Unqualified returns will be returned to the sender at the customer's sole expense.

Non-Defective Returns & Shipping Costs

For non-defective returns, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. The 15% restocking fee (if applicable, calculated from the product purchase price) covers technical inspection, quality control, and repackaging costs. Original outbound shipping charges are non-refundable.

This restocking fee is NEVER applied to returns resulting from our fulfillment errors, verified manufacturing defects, or transit damage.

Defective, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged in transit, please notify us within 10 calendar days of delivery. Failure to notify within this window does not waive your statutory rights, but may impact your ability to prove the damage occurred prior to delivery.

For manufacturing defects discovered within the 30-day return window, we will cover return shipping and provide a full refund, repair, or replacement.

Final Sale Items

Custom, made-to-order, or engraved items are final sale and non-returnable, except where defective or where otherwise required by applicable law.

Statutory Rights

This policy does not exclude, limit, or modify any statutory rights you may have under applicable state, provincial, or federal law, including the California Song-Beverly Consumer Warranty Act.
