Dispatch & Shipping Policy
Order Processing & Pre-Orders
In-Stock Orders
All in-stock orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Pre-Orders (Batch Allocations)
Due to high demand, some products operate on a limited batch pre-order system. The estimated dispatch date is clearly stated on the product page and your confirmation email.
FTC Compliance Notice: If we cannot dispatch your pre-order by the original estimated dispatch date for any reason, we will notify you before that date and give you the option to agree to the delay or cancel for a full refund of all amounts paid for the unshipped item, including any shipping charges collected for that item. If the revised dispatch date is more than 30 days later than the original estimate, or if no revised date is available, your order will be automatically canceled and refunded unless you expressly agree to continue waiting.
Mixed Orders
If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the entire order will ship together once the pre-order item is ready, unless otherwise specified.
US Domestic Shipping Tiers
We offer straightforward shipping options based on the kit quantity selected at checkout:
STARTER KIT (1 Kit): Standard US Shipping
Currently FREE during our Launch Special for eligible US orders. Estimated standard transit time after dispatch: 4-7 business days.
PRO RIG PACK (2 Kits) & BUILDER PACK (4 Kits): FREE EXPEDITED US SHIPPING
When you stock up, we speed it up. Eligible orders are automatically upgraded at checkout to Expedited Transit at zero extra cost. Estimated expedited transit time after dispatch: 2-4 business days.
(Note: Shipping promotions apply to the contiguous United States. PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or remote locations may be subject to different methods or surcharges.)
Canadian & International Shipping
At this time, we focus exclusively on serving the North American market (US and Canada).
For Canadian Orders (DAP Terms)
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. All Canadian orders are shipped DAP (Delivered at Place), meaning duties and taxes are UNPAID. The customer is the importer of record and is responsible for all import duties, GST/HST/PST, customs clearance, and brokerage fees.
Refusal of Customs Fees
If a Canadian shipment is refused, abandoned, delayed, or destroyed because the customer fails to pay required import duties or customs charges, the customer is fully responsible for all resulting costs (including original shipping, return shipping, storage, and abandonment fees).
If the package is returned to us in resellable condition, any refund will be issued ONLY after receipt and inspection, and will be reduced by all applicable costs. If the package is seized or destroyed by customs, NO refund will be issued to the extent permitted by law.
Lost, Stolen, or Misdelivered Packages
The customer is responsible for providing a complete and secure delivery address at checkout.
Carrier-confirmed delivery to the checkout address, supported by a verifiable tracking record showing "Delivered" status, delivery date, and matching destination information, will be submitted as proof of fulfillment in any delivery dispute or chargeback.
We are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or subjected to porch piracy after confirmed delivery. You must notify us of any delivery issues within 10 calendar days of the carrier's confirmed delivery date.
If you suspect theft, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim; we will gladly provide tracking evidence to assist your investigation.
